Friends of the Orcas Island Library is a nonprofit supporting our library through fundraising, events, and community resources.

Join Friends of the Orcas Island Library (FOIL) and become an Orcas Library superfan! You'll have voting rights at our Annual Members Meeting. Plus, you'll be a part of a fun group that's all about the library and support for our community.
